It’s made by putting all your favorite breakfast ingredients on top of a ready-made pizza crust. Then heat all the ingredients together before plating to serve.
Breakfast Pizza is also a convenient way to cook when you’re short on time in the morning. Be that for school days, work events, or holidays. All you need is a ready-made pizza crust, some gravy, and your favorite breakfast ingredients.
What Are Breakfast Pizza Ingredients?
This pizza was created for holidays, brunch, or mornings where leftovers can create a new meal. For this dish I used the following:
-1 prepared cauliflower pizza crust.
-1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
-1/2 cup of your favorite gravy (prepared or powdered).
-1/4 cup of sweet peppers.
-3 scrambled eggs.
-1 Big Mountain Foods SuperFood Brekkie Links, sliced.
1. If frozen, thaw prepared crust. Preheat oven or air fryer to 360°.
2. Scramble the 3 eggs and set them aside.
3. Create your gravy (from powder or scratch).
4. Taking thawed pizza crust, spoon gravy over crust to taste.
5. Top with cooked scrambled eggs, fresh or frozen sweet peppers, and sliced SuperFood Brekkie Links.
6. Finish preparing by sprinkling breakfast pizza with cheddar cheese.
7. Place in preheated Air Fryer or Oven for 10-15 minutes.
8. Slice and enjoy!
