Did you know that January 5th is known as National Whipped Cream Day? The mind can certainly spin on how celebrate this delectable holiday. But personally, the first thing I thought of was brownies! {OMG} Give me bite-sized brownies and a can of whipped cream and I am a happy, happy girl! Alas…I didn’t have brownies today.
But what I did have was Tart Cherry & White Peach Fruit Filling and Shortbread Tartlet Shells. Both are the Kroger Private Selection brand {I’m in love I tell you!}. Want to know how easy this was?
- Place Shortbread Tartlet Shell on plate
- Fill with Tart Cherry & White Peach Fruit Filling
- Garnish with a tuft of lightly sweetened whipped cream
And voila! See…wouldn’t you have thought I’d have spent more then 2 minutes putting this together? The only thing left to do is poof a bit of white flour on your face for dramatic effect and walk out to glorious applause. How are you going to celebrate?
